For more information, please visit ;/p> Job Title: ATG e-commerce SME | Onsite lead Work Location: Pittsburgh, PA Job Description Job Role: ATG, BCC, EXM (Endeca Experience Manager) Subject Matter Expert for Onsite Lead Developer We are looking for a seasoned ATG, BCC, and EXM (Endeca Experience Manager) Subject Matter Expert to take on the role of an onsite lead developer. This individual will spearhead development projects, offer expert advice on Oracle ATG Web Commerce, Business Control Center, and Endeca Experience Manager, and ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions that align with our business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in e-commerce solutions, specifically with a focus on ATG and BCC, and extensive experience managing and optimizing search and navigation experiences with EXM. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of sophisticated e-commerce solutions utilizing Oracle ATG Web Commerce, BCC, and Endeca Experience Manager, guaranteeing business requirements are met efficiently. - Act as the go-to expert on ATG, BCC, and EXM, providing technical guidance and support to the development team.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, ensuring that technical strategies align seamlessly with business goals. - Establish and enforce best practices for development with ATG, BCC, and EXM, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing. - Manage the integration of ATG, BCC, and EXM with other systems and applications, ensuring smooth functionality and high performance.

- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth in ATG, BCC, and EXM technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 7 years of direct experience with Oracle ATG Web Commerce and Business Control Center.

- Demonstrated expertise with Endeca Experience Manager or comparable search and navigation management solutions. - Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, web technologies, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). - Proven track record of leading development teams and projects to successful completion.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with proficiency in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: - Certifications in ATG, BCC, or EXM technologies.
