Based on performance, after the initial contract engagement the manager would like to hire the contractor full time. The salary range for the full-time position is $80,000.00 - $110,000 per year Mecklenburg County is not able to offer sponsorship for the full-time role.

Only candidates available to work full time without sponsorship will be considered for this position. Skills: Experience with Power Platform applications like PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power BI.Required 3 Years Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).

Desired 1 Years Experience developing or debugging on Power Platform plugins, Custom Workflows, client-side JavaScript, and PCF development.Highly desired 3 Years Experience working on both .NET core and .NET framework.Required 3 Years Experience with source code control (GIT) and software development in teams based on branching strategy.

Required 3 Years Experience with relational database (SQL Server) design and development.Required 3 Years Experience developing in a continuous integration environment using source code control, automated testing and build automation Desired 2 Years Experience with agile development practices.Required 3 Years Familiarity with cloud development and deployment (Azure) is plus.Nice to have 1 Years.
